Fourth and Fifth grade celebrated Earth Day early by picking up trash around school. They created a table to track the types of trash found and then used the table to make a graph.
Plastic was the most common trash type.
All together, they collected 616 pieces of trash!
Today we rounded out our "One Book, One School" event by reading the final chapter in "Charlie and the Chocolate Factory". The entire school wore matching purple shirts to join us together as "ONE"!
