Federal Programs

The Dayton School Department receives federal funds for Titles IA, IIA, IID, III and IV under the No Child Left Behind legislation of 2002. These funds are used to provide programming and resources for Dayton’s students beyond the local budget.

Title IA:    Education for the Disadvantaged

Title IIA:   Class Size Reduction

Title IID:   Technology

Title III:    English as a Second Language

Title IV:     Safe and Drug-Free Schools

Policy IHBEA, LAU Plan, Program for Limited English Proficient Students
